1. Website use

Content on the Creative PS website describes services and provides general information. It is not a final contractual offer unless expressly incorporated into a technical/financial proposal or an agreement signed by the relevant parties.

2. Services and pricing

The scope of ERP, development, support, integrations and training is defined in each project proposal or contract. Prices or timelines shown on general pages or articles are indicative unless the commercial proposal states otherwise.

3. Client responsibilities

Implementation success also depends on data quality, timely policy decisions, required access, stakeholder participation in testing and training, and phase sign-off according to the agreed scope.

4. Intellectual property

Website design, brand assets and Creative PS-produced content remain protected subject to applicable agreements. Open-source software and third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the website for intrusion attempts, harmful automated collection, malicious uploads, service disruption, or impersonation.

6. Third-party services

The website may link to or integrate with third-party services. Their use is subject to the relevant provider's terms and policies.

7. Accuracy and change

We aim to keep information accurate, but system capabilities, integrations and regulatory requirements can change. Actual requirements are confirmed during project analysis before contracting or implementation.

8. Contract priority

If these website terms conflict with a signed client contract or proposal, the signed project document takes priority for that project.
